SubmissionI’ve never seen my best friend like this. Not ever. Not even when we both graduated from middle school and said goodbye to all our friends, and now that I think about it, not even the third day of summer when his dog died and I sat by his side every day. When his dog passed away, he did cry, quite a lot, but his eyes were filled with vivid life.
